یہ فریضہ اس حقیقت کی روشنی میں انتہائی شاندار ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمان میں سورہ کوثر کا فرض ہے۔ سب کو معلوم ہے کہ یہ اللہ کا اظہار ہے اور اللہ کا یہ اظہار ایک حاکم کا اظہار ہے اور اللہ جو اسی طرح حکمرانوں کا رب ہے بزرگوں کا ہے۔ جو کچھ کہا جا رہا ہے اس کی طاقت اور وزن اور اس کی اہمیت غیر معمولی حد تک ہے۔ آپ یہ بھی کہتے ہیں کہ یہ لیڈ نمائندے کی درخواست ہے، یہ فلاں ایم پی کی درخواست ہے، یہ فلاں ایم این اے کی درخواست ہے۔ یہ نمائندہ اور صدر سے گزارش ہے، تو اس وقت اس میں طاقت ہے اور خدائے بزرگ و برتر کے اظہار کی کیا قوت ے، حاکم کے اظہار کی کتنی طاقت اور اہمیت ہوگی؟
جو الفاظ کا بھی حاکم ہے۔
اللہ کا اظہار اور اللہ کا حکم مصدقہ طور پر کوئی معمولی مسئلہ نہیں ہے۔ قرآن کریم کے ہر بند میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے کوئی نہ کوئی بصیرت، کچھ قوت اور کوئی غیر معمولی فائدہ دیا ہے۔ یہ وہ فائدہ ہے جو آپ کو بتایا جا رہا ہے۔ آپ کا سب سے بڑا پیشہ اس موقع پر ہے کہ کوئی روکا ہوا ہے، مشکل میں ہے، مشکل میں ہے، خواہ وہ انتظامات سے متعلق ہو، کاروبار سے متعلق ہو، کام سے جڑا ہوا ہو، نوجوانوں سے جڑا ہوا ہو، یعنی کسی سے۔ اس سے قطع نظر کہ مرحلہ کتنا ہی مشکل کیوں نہ ہو، آپ کو تجویز کردہ درخواست میں ایسا کرنا چاہیے۔
یہ ایک انتہائی آسان فرض ہے۔ شرط یہ ہے کہ پورے یقین اور توکل کے ساتھ اور اللہ کی مہربانی سے دستبردار نہ ہو۔ اس شرط کے ساتھ اللہ سے مانگنا ہے اور یہ فرض پورا ہونا ہے۔ فی الحال اللہ کے فضل سے متعلق تمام توقعات کو ترک نہ کریں اور اس ذمہ داری کو اس کے ساتھ نبھائیں۔ فرض کریں کہ وظیفہ ابھی ختم نہیں ہوا ہے، انشاء اللہ آپ کو ترقی کے آثار نظر آنے لگیں گے اور وظیفہ ختم ہونے کے بعد جب آپ اللہ کی بارگاہ میں ہاتھ اٹھا کر دعا کریں گے تو آپ گواہی دیں گے کہ آپ کا دل چاہے گا۔ اس بات کا اقرار کرو کہ میرا تعلق فی الحال اللہ کے ساتھ ہے، میرا تعلق اللہ کے ساتھ ہے، اور میں اللہ سے بات کر رہا ہوں، اور اللہ رب العزت تمہارے اس سوال کو حل کر دے گا۔ یہ معاملہ کسی بھی قسم کا ہو سکتا ہے۔ آپ اسے گھنٹوں میں جس مقام کی بھی ضرورت ہو کر سکتے ہیں تاہم یہ فرض کرتے ہوئے کہ آپ عشاء کی دعا کے بعد شام کے وقت کرتے ہیں۔
تو اللہ تعالیٰ صبح تک آپ کی ہر پریشانی کا ازالہ کرے گا،
اس صورت میں جب آپ اسے دن کے شروع میں کریں گے جیسا کہ آپ دن کے پہلے حصے میں اٹھیں گے، آپ نے اسے دن کے آغاز میں کیا ہے، انشاءاللہ ان شاء اللہ رات تک آپ کی ہر پریشانی اللہ پاک آپ کے لیے آسان کر دے گا۔ آپ کو یہ صرف دن کے پہلے حصے میں کرنا چاہئے۔ اسے دن کے پہلے حصے میں کرنے کے لیے، آپ کو اسے کئی بار کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ پھر بھی، آپ کو اس ذمہ داری کو ادا کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ آپ قرآن کو متعدد بار پڑھو گے۔ آپ اس سورہ کوثر کو سنائیں گے۔ یہ سورہ کوثر اس میں حوض کوثر کی طرف اشارہ کرتی ہے۔ مسائل کو حل کیا جائے گا۔ اللہ ہمارا حامی و ناصر ہو۔ تو یہ ہو جائے
