سال اپنی موجودہ حالت پر واپس آ گیا

 جس میں ایک دن تھا جب اللہ تعالی نے آسمان و زمین کو بنایا تھا۔ یہ وہ سال ہے جہاں چار مقدس ہیں۔ سال میں چار کے قریب آپ نے فرمایا کہ یہ کافی عرصہ تک مقدس ہیں، یعنی ان چار مہینوں میں لڑائی جھگڑا نہیں ہونا چاہیے، اور نہ ہی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف سے۔ اسے ہم آہنگی سے نوازے، اور نہ ہی ان مہینوں میں سے جس میں یہ کہا گیا ہو کہ ان مہینوں میں یہ شرعی اور شرعی اعمال کرنے چاہییں۔ چونکا دینے والی بات یہ ہے کہ اللہ اور اس کے

 نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا

 کہ چند مہینوں کو پسندیدہ تصور کیا جاتا ہے اور تیار کردہ رسوم و رواج اور محبت کے مظاہروں کے لیے غیر معمولی منصوبے بنائے جاتے ہیں، اور ان میں سے بعض میں کوئی نعمت بھی ہے۔ کاروبار کا آغاز، کاروبار کا آغاز، شادی کا رشتہ، کسی فرد کا گھومنا پھرنا، اور اسی طرح اس کی وضاحت کی گئی ہے اور اسے پورے امتحان کے ساتھ ساتھ درست اور ثابت شدہ حوالوں کے ساتھ بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ درخواست کرتے وقت مختلف وجوہات بیان کی جاتی ہیں۔ سوچنے کے طریقے بتائے گئے ہیں۔ افسوس کی بات ہے کہ امت مسلمہ اپنی رسم و رواج کھو چکی ہے اور ان چیزوں پر عمل کرنے کے لیے وہ ان چیزوں کا ذخیرہ کرتی نظر آتی ہے۔
